Introduction:
wagger.co.uk operates a social networking platform that allows its registered users to meet new people, make new friends, correspond and connect with existing friends, family, coworkers and fellow students by the use of our site features, including Send Message, Add To Friends List, Post Comments, Post Bulletins and more.
Changes to wagger and the Terms and Conditions:
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to change, modify, add, or delete portions of these Terms of Service at any time without further notice. If we do this, we will post the changes to these Terms of Service on this page and we may send registered users an email notifying you of the change. If any modification is unacceptable to you, you shall stop using the wagger service. Eligibility:

All Profiles Must be kept complete and Active or your profile will be subject to deletion. We have a strict policy about BLANK PROFILES.
To help guard against phishing and spamming, we DO NOT ALLOW blank profiles or profiles that have not been updated after initial registration. We do allow you to set your profiles to Private and we encouarge that, but that is not that same as never updating your profile with photos, interests, and hobbies. If you want to set your profile to Private, so only your friends can see that information, that is perfectly fine. However, people that don't set their profile to Private and never update their profile, indicates to us that they really don't have the intention of meeting people and making friends and actively participating on the site with good intentions and therefore shall be subject to deletion. Trollers, Phishers and Spammers will be indentified and deleted. QUALITY PROFILES ONLY PLEASE.
Professional and Lawful Conduct:
wagger.co.uk shall be used for lawful purposes only. Transmission, distribution or storage of any material in violation of any applicable law or regulation is prohibited. This includes, but is not limited to, videos and photographs and/or other materials protected by copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property laws used without proper authorization from the respective individual who otherwise owns the copyright, as well as material that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, profane, hateful, racially, ethnically or otherwise objectionable in any way.
Copyrights:
It is the sole responsibility of all Users who submit videos, photographs or any copyrighted materials, to have legal authorization to use, post, submit or otherwise transmit photographs or any other copyrighted materials on to the wagger.co.uk web site and to comply with all applicable copyright and trademark laws. wagger.co.uk is not responsible for a member's misuse of any copyrighted material.

wagger.co.uk has a NON-NEGOTIABLE stated policy regarding the posting of nude and/or sexually explicit images on its web pages. Nude and Sexually explicit images are not permitted on this site. Failure to comply with this policy will result in the immediate termination of that user's profile.
Disclosing Personally Identifiable Information (PII):
Please be advised that if you voluntarily disclose personally identifiable information (user name, email address) on a message board, chat room, or other public area of wagger.co.uk that the information can be collected and used by others and may result in unsolicited messages from other parties, and shall therefore be the sole responsibility and liability of the member posting such message.
